SMG FORMA
Terms
Terms for using this website and making a project enquiry.
Website information
The service descriptions on this website provide general information about SMG FORMA's divisions. Confirm the scope and suitability of any service with SMG FORMA for your specific project.
Enquiries and quotations
Sending an enquiry or using the project assistant does not create a booking, quotation or construction contract. Project scope, pricing, timing and any payment arrangements must be agreed separately with SMG FORMA.
AI recommendations
FORMA AI produces automated suggestions and draft enquiries, which may contain mistakes. These are not professional engineering, architectural, electrical or legal advice. Review the draft and confirm recommendations with SMG FORMA before relying on them.
External services
WhatsApp and email links open services outside this website. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. You decide whether to send an enquiry; this website does not send it on your behalf.
Your rights
Nothing in these website terms removes rights that apply under South African law. Any agreed project contract sets out the terms for the actual work. Contact SMG FORMA if you have questions before proceeding.
